We are happy to announce our first indoor courses will start on the 17th September 2024 in the gym in Rollingergrund.

There are 2 Slots available:

16:00 – 18:00 for Newcomers

For ages 12-17 years. This is intended for youngsters who want to try parkour and join the club later on (ideally the following season) and have no prior experience with parkour. The course admission and funding is done my the City of Luxembourg. This course is therefore free of charge. Yet participants need to sign up with the youth service of the city first. Spots are limited to 12 annually. If the spots are full, you will be put on a waiting list or you can join the members training upon consulting with the trainers.

17:00 – 19:00 for members

Participants of this timing slot need to be members of the club. If you want to become member, you can register here on our website and simply show up to the next training.

Any skill level is welcome. Ours trainers access every situation individually. In general everybody is welcome to join and we will work together to achieve our goals and become the best versions of ourselves!

Please note that kids under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them during the training. Preferably this person is a parent or mature sibling and participates also in the training. In this case we can agree to reduce the yearly membership fees to 50% for each member of the same family.

Come and join us if you would like to train, or try Parkour and other Urban Sports like BMX and Skateboard in a safe environment.
FOOD: Yep, we got an ice cream stand and foodtrucks

We have constantly 4 trainers on spot to guide you through the world of parkour! We will bring our parkour elements and set up a whole parkour park to train in.

Some impressions from last year:

The members indoor training for the 21/03/2024 is gonna take place not at cents but at Coque, Kirchberg at 17:00 until 19:00
It will be oudoors so bring some water and clothes suitable for the weather.
The calendar has been adapted.
We meet at the tram station in front of Coque! at 17:00

Please check the calendar as we update it regularly.
Generally our Gyms are closed for School holidays.

• Newcomers -> Rollingergrund every Tuesday from 16:00 to 18:00
  -> Training with Marc and Alexandra.
  -> Kids 12-18 years age who want to try Parkour and have little to no prior experience.
  -> Organized together with the “Service Jeunesse” – Youth and Social Intervention Department of the City of Luxembourg.
  -> Register with them directly at jeunesse@vdl.lu.
  -> Free
  
• Established -> Cents-Annexe every Thursday from 19:00 to 21:00 (to be confirmed)
  -> Training with Tom & Guest Coaches.
  -> Can be outside if announced.
  -> Anyone 16+ years age and experienced in Parkour. Interested in developing and honing your skills / training specific moves and body reinforcement.
